In constructing a new building, our goal is to make a fresh architectural statement by using a contemporary architectural language, but at the same time respond sensitively to the given urban or scenic context. At the same time, it is our priority to engage the needs and desires of the client to attain a high level of both functional and aesthetic quality.<\/p>\n

Additional issues are represented by the specifications of the outside world: from building regulations to property size, the orientation of the premises, or the client\u2019s budget.<\/p>\n

We view the design and building of new structures as an opportunity to further develop our characteristic architectural style within the customized framework of the clients\u2019 requirements, the fulfilling of which remains our top priority from the design phase to completion.<\/p>\n
